Nick G. Schaff – Senior Director
Nick has experience in the utility and energy industries since 1993. Nick also has 7 years of prior experience working in the Industrial sector. Nick has vast experience in working directly with and in managing large organizations that work with governmental, educational, healthcare, commercial, and industrial customers. Nick has experience in the area of natural gas and electricity commodities, cogeneration, heating and process applications, and lighting retrofits. Mr. Schaff holds a BS in Management from the Eastern Illinois University, 1986.

Mark D. Beci – Senior Director
Mark has experience in the utility and energy industries since 1985. Mark also has 2 prior years of experience in Highway Construction Engineering and Management. Mark has vast experience in working directly with and in managing large organizations that work with governmental, educational, healthcare, commercial, and industrial customers. Mark has expertise in the areas of natural gas and electricity commodities, cogeneration, natural gas air conditioning and air compressors, lighting retrofits, natural gas vehicles, and electric and natural gas equipment technologies. Mr. Beci holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, 1983.

Gregory J. Cibinski – Senior Director
Greg has many years of versatile professional experience encompassing general management, sales and marketing, and various operational roles dating back to 1984.  Greg has experience in the retail energy industry since 2002. Greg has expertise in the areas of natural gas and electricity commodities, deregulation, market fundamentals and forecasting. Greg has direct experience working in with large complex natural gas and electric accounts. Greg holds a BS degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA 1984.

Michael Perry – Director
Michael Perry has experience in the energy industry since 1993. Prior employment experience includes Commonwealth Edison, Nicor, and the Industrial Electric Engineering Corporation. Mr. Perry’s diverse professional experience includes the design and installation of energy projects such as Cogeneration systems, Stand-by Generators, Wind and Power generation and Boilers. Mr. Perry has strong expertise in ComEd and Ameren rates and tariffs, electric deregulation, green power, lighting, and a multitude of energy and rate analyses. He also has experience in energy purchasing, energy modeling, capacity tariffs and transmission tariffs. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, 1990, with a MBA from DePaul University, 1996.

Cynthia Jones – Administrative Specialist
Cynthia has been working in the energy industry in an administrative role for the past 14 years, and brings extensive experience in daily operations, sales support and monitoring, and data entry. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in
Management.
